Despite being a very medically complicated patient, Dr. Rugani made sure he understood my rare diseases and altered my treatment plan appropriately so I could tolerate the adjustments and receive the maximum benefit. He listened carefully and paid attention to my body’s reactions. Both he and Maryann showed concern and caring when I was too sick to drive the 30 minutes to the office. He truly is a helping health professional.

I started seeing Dr. Rugani after a fall that severely injured my tailbone. I could barely sit without being in pain. Each time I went in during the course of my treatment I felt better and was able to move with less and less pain. I am feeling so much better and pain free. He is very kind and professional. I would recommend him to my own family and friends.

I was suffering severe lower back pain to the point I wasn't comfortable sitting or standing for a couple of weeks. I finally caved and requested help from my Facebook Friends to help me find a Chiropractor... MANY recommendations came through including Dr. Rugani. I called around to a few different places but no one could get me in the same day. I called Dr. Rugani and he had me in at 12:30 that same day. After a couple visits of a few different therapies, I finally started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I can FINALLY do the activities I thoroughly enjoy. THANK YOU DR. In the final weeks of my pregnancy, I started experiencing a lot of pain. My midwife suggested I seek out a chiropractor, and I am so glad I found Dr. Rugani. Not only was I able to schedule an appointment the following day, Dr. Rugani really took the time to listen to me and assess my needs, and I began feeling better after my first appointment! I've been seeing Dr.Rugani for almost 2 years and he is the BEST Chiropractor in the area! He is very knowledgeable and caring. I first saw an orthopedic for my back and he could not help me. He told me to see a chiropractor and that's when I contacted Dr.Rugani. It's the best thing I could have done!! He was able to ease my pain 100%!! He is very kind, considerate and listens attentively. He keeps me pain free. Absolutely the friendliest office staff. It is a pleasure to be seen by this office. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Rugani.

I have suffered from lower back pain for years. Last summer right before a trip to Las Vegas my back pain became unbearable. A friend recommended Dr. Rugani. I called on the day before my trip and Dr Rugani fit me in during his lunch hour. I thought I was going to have to cancel the trip. Dr. Rugani was able to alleviate the pain and I was able to go. I've been working with him for several months and I'm pretty much pain free. Dr Rugani is professional, compassionate and took the time to understand my problem. I feel like myself again. I originally started using Dr. Rugani when I had back, hip, and rib pain (ribs on one side used to noticeably stick out). Through adjustments here I feel better and my ribs are normal again. I have rarely had to wait for my appointment, at most 5 minutes. Never had issues scheduling either. Very flexible and everything flows great.

I've been in Dr. Rugani's care for a few years on and off as necessary. He is an excellent chiropractor as well as an all around person. He is incredibly personable, attentive to your needs, and very flexible with scheduling. As the years went by so did the requirements, and he has been no slouch in keeping on top of that! He also offers insight as to what you can do at home to further your recovery!

I started going to Dr. Rugani in early 2013. Shortly after becoming a patient, I got into a car accident. I was so grateful to Dr. Rugani's care as I was recovering. He moved his schedule around so that I could be seen immediately and even called me at home to follow up. I continued to see Dr. Rugani in the weeks and months following the accident for treatment. I truly believe I would not have recovered as quickly had it not been for Dr. Rugani. Since then, I have made chiropractic care part of my monthly routine. I have also sent both my parents, my husband and my two children to be treated by Dr. Rugani. I don't hesitate to refer Dr. Rugani to anyone in need of care. He's the best!

I am a self-employed painter, and I experience chronic back pain due to the nature of my work. I have been to several chiropractors over the course of my life, and Dr. Rugani is by far the most thorough with his examinations and treatments. I see him about once a week now, and I have also referred my wife and newborn son to him for treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rugani to anyone experiencing headaches, or neck and back pain.

I came to Dr. Rugani for a sort of emergency sciatic situation. I needed a new Dr. and I was in pain. He and Maryanne fit me right in, but even though I was a last minute patient, I never felt like I was a rushed afterthought in his schedule. He sat down and did a full consult before we did any adjustments. And the care and customer service I got that day has made me a life long patient. Not only is his conveniently located for me, but scheduling is flexible and if I need to make any changes to times, they are accommodating. The time he spends with the electrical stimulation and heat at the start of each session is also key for me--it makes me really feel like Dr. Rugani knows what's best for the body and is willing to take extra time to be sure each adjustment is done well.

Hands down the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. When I first saw Silvio I could not stand up straight or get out of a chair without pain and as a 25 year old without a slip or fall to cause the pain I shouldn't have had that issue. After seeing Silvio twice a week for a month I was back to my old self and in the gym and back playing sports. I still see him every three weeks for maintenance and I still get the same level of attention and treatment now as I did over a year ago. Thank you Silvio!

Been to many chiropractors over many years. the last one 6 years ago made it worse. Left that office with pain in leg and foot that would not go away. Had doctors say fuse the bottom 2 had them give me 5 shots in the back. PT and everything they normally say to do. I said never again will I go to a chiropractor, I will just deal with the pain ... well I could not! Pain every 5-10 min of walking or standing and I had to sit. So I tried after listing to Dr Rugani I decided to try it after 6 years and nervous .... well the results - little to no pain and absolutely the best treatment I have ever experienced , and I can stand and walk with out pain. Dr. Rugani is the key. The best chiropractor hands down., and really a nice person.

I have been going to Dr. Rugani for therapy for several years. Every issue I go in to his office with he has successfully treated. He listens attentively to my description of the issue when preparing his treatment plan and also make recommendations on how to care for pain as need between appointments. Dr Rugani was the only time I’d ever really been in extreme pain in my knee that wouldn’t subside. I was all out of alignment and my old knee injury was relentless .... flared by my new 41 plus an hour a week job on concrete floors. He fixed me and it’s been 5 years and I’m doing well. I have been going to Dr. Rugani for several months to treat a back issue which was preventing me from doing my regular exercise classes. I was going to physical therapy but I wasn't improving. Dr Rugani quickly had me feeling much better. He noticed during treatment that I had a spot on my leg that was very sensitive. I had that spot for probably 40 years so I wasn't so concerned about that. To my astonishment, he has managed to treat that area in addition to my back and sensitivity is almost completely gone!I have been very happy with the professionalism of Dr. Rugani and his staff. This is the first time I have gone to a chiropractor and I would definitely recommend Dr. Rugani. As soon as issues are resolving, he spaces appointments out for weeks or months while letting you know that if there is any reoccurance you can call and come in quickly.

I love this chiropractor. He has wide hours which works for my schedule. I couldn’t go for a few months because I was out of the area, and when I came back it was like I never left. He remember random conversations from before. I always feel like he cares about me and my back problems and has helped me heal Way faster from when I threw out my back a few years ago. I sought help from Dr. Rugani when dealing with low back pain in my second trimester of pregnancy. After just a few short visits I found great relief. As my pregnancy progressed, my problems shifted to upper back pain, which the doctor was also able to quickly address and provide me with relief I could not achieve at home. I have been going to see Dr. Rugani for several months. I was not pleased with former chiropractic experience as they seemed more interested in co-pays than listening to my concerns. On the first visit he listened to my concerns and did a complete exam. His very friendly office, his ability to listen to his patients, and his ability to address those specific needs has resulted in improvements that I did not see previously. He has an excellent staff as well. I am glad I found him and recommend him to others without reservation.

I have been seeing Dr. Rugani for a few months now. I've been seeing chiropractors for over 15 years and out of all of them Dr. Rugani has been the most helpful by far. He's not one of those chiropractors that does the same adjustment every single time regardless of what symptoms you're having. He takes the time to assess the entire spine and determine the best course of action for that session. I appreciate his professionalism, thoroughness, and overall genuine desire to provide great results for his patients.

Love that he listens and that he works to get you better so you don't have to keep coming back. He works the muscles prior to giving the adjustment which I feel helps the most compared with other chiropractors I've seen. In the end he felt as much like a friend as he did a doctor. Highly recommended if you are feeling any discomfort in your body!

I have been going to see Dr. Rugani for about 10 years as I have a progressive illness that effects my joints. Dr. Rugani learned about what I had so he could treat me in the most effective way possible. Who knows where I would be if it weren't for him! I moved out of the area a few years ago but I still drive 45 minutes every other week to see him, switching to someone else was never an option!Marianne is also fabulous. She always manages to get me in, no matter how last minute I call. She's always smiling and happy to see you. This office has no random patients like most doctor's offices. Sit in the waiting room for a few minutes and you'll see how Dr. Rugani and Marianne know every single patient! You feel important here, because well, you are!

Dr. Rugani is a terrific chiropractor! I would (and have) recommend him to anyone. I have been going to him for nearly a decade, typically once a month for "maintenance" adjustments, as he has my back in such good shape that I rarely have more serious issues to address anymore. He and Maryanne are always very welcoming and professional, and I always value his advice and guidance on little things I can do to improve my overall well-being. Most importantly, I always feel better walking out the door than I did walking in!!!

Dr. Rugani has been treating our family for several years including myself, my wife and my 13 year old daughter. I drive a lot and am very active and often experience pain after prolonged trips which aggravates my sciatic nerve. After treatment with Dr. Rugani I have instant relief. He is very flexible with schedules and very accommodating. I was most impressed with Dr. Rugani this past summer when my wife was in the hospital for an extended time. He called me from his personal phone on a Saturday just to check on her condition. That is the level of attention and concern he extends to his patients. I wont ever go to another chiropractor again!
