I originally started using Dr. Rugani when I had back, hip, and rib pain (ribs on one side used to noticeably stick out). Through adjustments here I feel better and my ribs are normal again. I came to Dr. Rugani for a sort of emergency sciatic situation. I needed a new Dr. and I was in pain. He and Maryanne fit me right in, but even though I was a last minute patient, I never felt like I was a rushed afterthought in his schedule. He sat down and did a full consult before we did any adjustments. And the care and customer service I got that day has made me a life long patient. Not only is his conveniently located for me, but scheduling is flexible and if I need to make any changes to times, they are accommodating. The time he spends with the electrical stimulation and heat at the start of each session is also key for me--it makes me really feel like Dr. Rugani knows what's best for the body and is willing to take extra time to be sure each adjustment is done well.

Hands down the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. When I first saw Silvio I could not stand up straight or get out of a chair without pain and as a 25 year old without a slip or fall to cause the pain I shouldn't have had that issue. After seeing Silvio twice a week for a month I was back to my old self and in the gym and back playing sports. Been to many chiropractors over many years. the last one 6 years ago made it worse. Left that office with pain in leg and foot that would not go away. Had doctors say fuse the bottom 2 had them give me 5 shots in the back. PT and everything they normally say to do. I said never again will I go to a chiropractor, I will just deal with the pain ... well I could not! Pain every 5-10 min of walking or standing and I had to sit. So I tried after listing to Dr Rugani I decided to try it after 6 years and nervous .... well the results - little to no pain and absolutely the best treatment I have ever experienced , and I can stand and walk with out pain. I have been going to Dr. Rugani for several months to treat a back issue which was preventing me from doing my regular exercise classes. I was going to physical therapy but I wasn't improving. Dr Rugani quickly had me feeling much better. He noticed during treatment that I had a spot on my leg that was very sensitive. I had that spot for probably 40 years so I wasn't so concerned about that. To my astonishment, he has managed to treat that area in addition to my back and sensitivity is almost completely gone!I have been very happy with the professionalism of Dr. Rugani and his staff. This is the first time I have gone to a chiropractor and I would definitely recommend Dr. Rugani. I have been going to see Dr. Rugani for several months. I was not pleased with former chiropractic experience as they seemed more interested in co-pays than listening to my concerns. On the first visit he listened to my concerns and did a complete exam. I have been seeing Dr. Rugani for a few months now. I've been seeing chiropractors for over 15 years and out of all of them Dr. Rugani has been the most helpful by far. Love that he listens and that he works to get you better so you don't have to keep coming back. He works the muscles prior to giving the adjustment which I feel helps the most compared with other chiropractors I've seen. In the end he felt as much like a friend as he did a doctor. I have been going to see Dr. Rugani for about 10 years as I have a progressive illness that effects my joints. Dr. Rugani learned about what I had so he could treat me in the most effective way possible. Who knows where I would be if it weren't for him! I moved out of the area a few years ago but I still drive 45 minutes every other week to see him, switching to someone else was never an option!Marianne is also fabulous. She always manages to get me in, no matter how last minute I call. She's always smiling and happy to see you. This office has no random patients like most doctor's offices. Sit in the waiting room for a few minutes and you'll see how Dr. Rugani and Marianne know every single patient! You feel important here, because well, you are!

Dr. Rugani has been treating our family for several years including myself, my wife and my 13 year old daughter. I drive a lot and am very active and often experience pain after prolonged trips which aggravates my sciatic nerve. After treatment with Dr. Rugani I have instant relief. He is very flexible with schedules and very accommodating. I was most impressed with Dr. Rugani this past summer when my wife was in the hospital for an extended time.
