He and Maryanne fit me right in, but even though I was a last minute patient, I never felt like I was a rushed afterthought in his schedule. He sat down and did a full consult before we did any adjustments. And the care and customer service I got that day has made me a life long patient. Hands down the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. When I first saw Silvio I could not stand up straight or get out of a chair without pain and as a 25 year old without a slip or fall to cause the pain I shouldn't have had that issue. Been to many chiropractors over many years. the last one 6 years ago made it worse. Left that office with pain in leg and foot that would not go away. Had doctors say fuse the bottom 2 had them give me 5 shots in the back. PT and everything they normally say to do. I said never again will I go to a chiropractor, I will just deal with the pain ... well I could not! Pain every 5-10 min of walking or standing and I had to sit. So I tried after listing to Dr Rugani I decided to try it after 6 years and nervous .... well the results - little to no pain and absolutely the best treatment I have ever experienced , and I can stand and walk with out pain. I have been going to Dr. Rugani for several months to treat a back issue which was preventing me from doing my regular exercise classes. I was going to physical therapy but I wasn't improving. Dr Rugani quickly had me feeling much better. He noticed during treatment that I had a spot on my leg that was very sensitive. I had that spot for probably 40 years so I wasn't so concerned about that. To my astonishment, he has managed to treat that area in addition to my back and sensitivity is almost completely gone!I have been very happy with the professionalism of Dr. Rugani and his staff. Love that he listens and that he works to get you better so you don't have to keep coming back. I have been going to see Dr. Rugani for about 10 years as I have a progressive illness that effects my joints. Dr. Rugani learned about what I had so he could treat me in the most effective way possible. Who knows where I would be if it weren't for him! Dr. Rugani has been treating our family for several years including myself, my wife and my 13 year old daughter.
